Shipping Information

Perception is everything, and despite how established and "together" we may look, please understand that at the end of the day we are a very small growing business, which translates to an even smaller inventory. We hand-craft every product with passion and precision and strive to keep a "healthy" backstock of products readily available for our eager customers around the world, but often times we end up having to freshly craft products for your order which may affect shipping and handling times.

Our current processing time right now is 1-4 business days for small orders, and 2-7 business days for larger orders (more than 4 products).

General Shipping Policies

  • Shipping is determined on a product by product basis. Most goods are processed and shipped within 1-4 business days. Larger orders that contain gift sets or more than 4 items typically take 2-7 business days to ship.
  • Processing time is different from shipping time. We make it, and they ship it. Processing time is a general timeframe that we allow ourselves if we have to make fresh batches to label and pack your order. Shipping time begins the moment we hand off your package to the mail carrier, and their transit times vary depending on how far you are from our location.
  • Shipping times are not guaranteed by us nor our mail carriers, as the transit time can be affected by severe weather or other outlying factors, however, they do their best to reach you.
  • We provide tracking information for all orders. If you have a question or concern about an order that you have placed and awaiting on, let us know immediately and we will be happy to assist.
  • Please be certain that all shipping information is correct PRIOR to confirmation of your payment. Groomed & Grizzly Apothecary is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping information. If your order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, you will have to pay to have it reshipped. We will do our best to get it back out to you as soon as possible.

International Shipping Policies

  • We are not responsible for any duties collected on international orders. We have no control if customs holds the package and delays or prevents delivery.
  • International customers: Please contact us if you have any problems or issues with shipping options at checkout.
  • International orders will take longer to arrive. Customs may delay delivery which is out of our control.
  • Buyer is responsible for any imposed duties or taxes on an order.


  • Only if you are a local Arizona resident, you will be charged a tax rate based on your location within the state at checkout. We do, however, offer FREE SHIPPING on all local orders as a thank you for local customers supporting small business, so that helps!
